How can I get my order if I live in an arear that does not have street addresses?

If you arear does not have street addresses we can send your order to your nearest PUDO locker where you can collect it at your convenience. PUDO is a parcel collection service offered by The Courier Guy and their lockers are almost everywhere across South Africa. To get your order sent to your nearest PUDO locker please search the address of your nearest PUDO locker here: https://pudo-map.onedayonly.co.za/ Once you get the address of the nearest PUDO locker please insert it in the shipping address field when you place your order. PLEASE MAKE ENSURE THAT YOU STATE "PUDO LOCKER" when you fill in the address (e.g PUDO LOCKER, 26 Seadone Road, Kingsburgh, 4126). Once your order is shipped you will receive a notification from The Courier Guy with the PIN you will use to open the locker. Please note that the collection period is usually 36 hours from the time your parcel arrives at your selected locker. Please bear that in mind when placing your order as we cannot be held responsible for orders not collected after arrival.

 

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping costs R85 for orders less than R800, and is free for orders over R800.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept South African EFT/bank transfers, as well as all major debit and credit cards using PayFast/Paystack/PayFlex/ZeroPay

 

When will I receive my order?

It will take 5-7 working days to receive your order depending on when your payment clears, and where you are located. If you're in a rush to receive your order, please use the card payment method.

 

Do you auto-ship products or offer subscriptions?

No, we do not offer any subscriptions and will never charge your card automatically.

Where are you located?

All our order are shipped from our warehouse based in Durban. Our registered business address is 5 Morewood Drive, Shulton Park, 4126 (Please note that this is not a collection address. All our stock is kept at our warehouse.)

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately we do not offer collections at this stage. All our orders are shipped nationwide from our warehouse in Durban.

Do you accommodate special order requests?

We encourage our customers to place their orders via our online store for a quick and efficient process. However, we can accommodate special order requests to a certain extent. Should you have a special request please reach out to us via WhatsApp - 067-687-2658 or orders@vgsonline.co.za
