If you order one item (less than R300), and it appears to be defective we will refund you every cent without you having to send it back.
If your order was more than R300, we will ask you to return the item at our cost and refund you in full for that item upon receiving the return.

Please allow 7 - 14 days for us to process your refund.
Our refund policy does not apply should you purchase the products from a retail outlet. Should you purchase the products from a retail outlet other than our website or Takealot, you will need to contact the retail store where you purchased the item from and follow their refund policy.
